depending on our current schedule and resource availability.​

Cancellation During Production

Production on all LifeLink services commences immediately upon the customer's submission

of all necessary materials and information. Therefore, once the materials have been fully

submitted, the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled due to the nature of the production process.

Revisions and Exchanges​

LifeLink is a service that crafts your precious memories using advanced AI technology.

Due to the unique nature of our production process, revisions beyond the number specified

in your plan are not possible. Furthermore, please understand that remakes or exchanges are technically difficult due to our proprietary data processing methods.

We are always committed to delivering the best possible final product. To ensure this,

we kindly ask you to review your photos and materials thoroughly before submission.

Refunds and Cancellations

To request an order cancellation or refund, please contact us via the [LifeLink]

KakaoTalk channel with the following information: (Platform of Purchase /

Customer Name / Contact Number / Service Name & Reason for Refund).

Our team will promptly assist you.

As LifeLink provides a custom-made service, refunds may be restricted in accordance

with Article 17 of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」

of South Korea and our standard terms and conditions.

In the event that content delivery is impossible due to force majeure events such as

natural disasters or legal restrictions, our policy on responsibility, refunds, or

rescheduling will be clearly communicated.
