1. Payment & File Submission
After completing your payment, please send us your special requests and all necessary materials via our KakaoTalk channel.
2. Digital Twin Draft & Review
Our assigned designer will create a sample based on your submitted materials and provide you with a digital proof (draft) for your review.
3. Content Production
Once the digital proof is confirmed, we will begin the final production of your video letter and other content based on the approved design.
4. Final Content Review
You will receive and review the final, completed content.
Verification is required to prevent misuse of content. Please submit one of the following: Certificate of Death, Funeral Confirmation,
or Certificate of Cremation.

For content creation requests outside of our listed SoulLink services, please contact us via the
[SoulLink] KakaoTalk channel. Please note that custom production may not be feasible depending on
our current schedule and resource availability.
Cancellation During Production
Production on all SoulLink services commences immediately upon the customer's submission of the deceased's materials and information. Therefore, once the materials have been fully submitted,
the order is considered confirmed and cannot be canceled.
Revisions and Exchanges
SoulLink is a service that crafts the precious image of your loved one using advanced AI technology.
Due to the unique nature of our production process, revisions beyond the number specified in your
plan are not possible. Furthermore, please understand that remakes or exchanges are technically
difficult due to our proprietary data processing methods.
We are always committed to delivering the best possible final product. To ensure this, we kindly ask
you to review your materials thoroughly before submission.
Refund Policy and Limitations
To request an order cancellation or refund, please contact us via the [SoulLink] KakaoTalk channel
with the following information: (Platform of Purchase / Customer Name / Contact Number / Name of
the Deceased / Service Name & Reason for Refund). Our team will promptly assist you.
As SoulLink provides a custom-made service, refunds may be restricted in accordance with Article
17 of the 「Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.」 of South Korea and our standard terms and conditions.
In the event that content delivery is impossible due to force majeure events such as natural disasters
or legal restrictions, our policy on responsibility, refunds, or rescheduling will be clearly communicated.
